Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To ensure all clients receive the highest level of service, we kindly ask that any changes to your booking are made with adequate notice. Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 48 hours prior to your booking time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 24 hours, or failure to attend your appointment, may result in a 100% charge of the booking fee. For bridal bookings and group appointments, separate terms may apply and will be outlined at the time of booking. If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. Late arrivals may result in a reduced service time or require rescheduling.
