Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be booked at least 12 hours in advance. A 50% booking fee secures your appointment and is deducted from your total, with the remaining balance payable on the day. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments will forfeit the booking fee.
